86% DD, really. This thing will blow and it won't matter where you have set the signal provider copy ratio because once the master account blow you will have open trades with no exit plan. Very dangerous SP.

Is this a trading algorithm or EA? On what trading platform can it be used? New to trading forex so I don't understand what's going on here.

It is an EA for sale on the vendors site and also a PAMM. You do not want to unleash this hell on your account. It will blow unless the vendor greatly reduces risk on the master account and employs a stop loss.
