Our first objective is to control risk. Our Target Profit is a function of our initial risk. We aim for a 3:1 Reward Risk Ratio. However the system also employed a Volatility Based Trailing Stop System which will determine the actual exit point.

Yes, this is fine. We take what the market gave us according to the nature of the trend. It is a trend following system. If the trend is weak we will get small profit. When the trend is strong we will be able to get more profit. I think it is better to focus on the downside. The strategic plan is to keep all the settings until we have big data to analyze properly. It is a new account hence we need more data .
We need more data points(Number of Trades) before we can do a proper assessment of the performance. I like to see at least 10,000 trades, then I can assess the Maximum Adverse Excursion (MAE) and Maximum Favorable Excursion (MFE)
