He probably did not start up the ea for myfxbook, so statistics don;t look so bad and he will still sell a few copies even more. Glad I closed the trades yesterday morning with loss, but not too much.

Agreed.. This has become not profitable for the last a few months and i already stopped using it nearly a month ago. Thanks God.

I think its a little harsh to judge Alex so roughly.

Alex is not interested in swindling anyone, I have been talking to him for about a year and I feel confident saying he is no thief.

I agree there needs to be better controls for stop losses and Alex acknowledges this and is working on it for Lion FX version 2.

I think if we can limit the number of concurrent trades (say 3 trades open at once MAX) as well as set a stop loss, that would solve a lot of problems.

I don't believe attacking him or calling him a thief is the way to get the changes we would like to see.

Cheers all.

I also agree with you...Alex is not a scam, but when he disables his ACC from Myfxbook and is not updating since the big DD it raises some questions that why is not updating???

I'm sure genuine traders know that loss is part of the game and there is no system that is 100% and Alex needs to know we understand this.

His EA generated a lot so far for me and this loss doesn't make me to think its a scam.

He's pulled the plug. He will never link this back to myfxbook. RIP LionFxTrader

You always claimed this wasn't a grid. But it clearly is.

Ialso agree with you and I also belive Alex is not a scam...but what sometimes happen like ( ACC stoped updating after that big trade)...Is raising some questions. Alex should not stop the account because of loss, I'm sure genuine trades can understand there is no System that is 100% and we are trusting his system and we were unlucky having this loss.

I do see a grid pattern to a degree but the grid happens after the indicator says to enter a trade.
I got the same, 12 pips apart.

However a true grid EA does not rely on indicators to start trades, it is all based on a grid..... period.

As far as Alex not posting, I do not think he is doing it on purpose, there must be more to that then we are seeing.
Most likely technical difficulties of some sort.

The guy has been running his EA for over a year here.
I highly doubt he is 'on the run' lol

We should all remember that he does not 'have' to be here. He participates here because he chooses to, just like the rest of us.

All that being said, I would like Alex to say if he is working on the stop loss and too many trades open at once issues.

Cheers all and may the pips be with you.

Alex I think I can speak for everyone when I say you need to make some sort of comment here and let people know you have not headed for the hills and run away.

What are your thoughts on the trading taking such a hit and whats happening with Lion FX 2 development?

Cheers man

Jesus...!!!.. That is a big drop.

Well, nobody is perfect. At least, Lion FX show honest results. I apreciate that.

Now we know that we have to withdrawl profit every certain time, and not let the ea run forever.
Thanks, Alex.

I am not user of this system nor follower. But I understand very well what happened.
This trader has to be less stubborn, accept smaller loss from time to time to avoid big ones.
It is a good lesson though and if he takes this advice he can make up the loss in time.

with a grid like this you always will have one day a big loss. when you adjust the ea that the sl is smaller, then you will have more losses.
doesnt matter what you make with the ea always one day comes with big loss or small losses in row.

best is time time to payout and start from new like with all martingales or grids

All of you stop been stupid and hoping Alex waves his magic wand and you can make money of his silly grid systems.

This robot and his Tokyo pro all the same are silly grids.

There is no grid EA that has lasted ever in Forex.

So stop buttering up here, and get off your asses and learn to trade Forex yourself.

Alex is not posting anything here because his system is a silly grid, and he knows it and he is stubborn.

Good luck to all of you buttering him up here...

If you believe this is not a grid the you are really dumb.

@4XSA I don't think calling people stupid and lazy will really work for a productive conversation.

We are discussing a product we have been using for awhile and for a time it really seemed to work well.

If you read the posts you would see that the problem is with the amount of trades open at once and the stop loss system.

I have been discussing this with Alex in E-mails and he says he is working on version two and that will have finer controls to offer the user.

Since you say that you do not use or follow this product, then I have to ask why you are here commenting and insulting people?
