It is but you dont need to act like rabbits before the snake if something went wrong.
And if you you trade full automatic you dont have to cry if the system hits a full sl. Thats part of the game.
Set your risk accordingly and let it run. Forex is a marathon not a sprint.

I've closed this trade, happy to take a small loss. It might work out, but I'm going to wait a while until a smoother trading period. I've switched off the TC for a while.
Looking for opportunities with caution.

To sum it up: VTP and CTP are normaly in and out in a short time. If the trades are floating for more than 24h take a closer look at the whole situation and decide if you let it run or not. Everybody is free to use his own brain as an additional parameter.

It is a real smart ea but the whole strategy is based on pullback like Wallstreet ea. So if you see such a floating trade for some hours its more obvious that the trade could hit sl. Wallstreet uses an smart exit mechanism which close out with a small loss if possible.
I closed out yesterday with -19 pips to avoid a full sl and it was right. 😁

Hello Doug, may I ask why you raised your SL from -110 pips to -156 pips? You were using 110 pips SL since April 2013. What has changed? is it some part of new strategy or unique and rare situation? RRR wasn't the best with 110 pips SL and 11 pips avg win, but with 156 pips this would get even worse. Thank you.

Why do you debate with opinions when I debate using facts. All I am saying is that is what was advertised. I frown upon false advertising, we are not idiots here.
The system however seems good. I am trading it. Good long term potential. I disagree with you on this though, forex is so dynamic there are different runners, long-distance, sprinters and traders who do both. Sometimes long-term is good, sometimes short-term. Knowing when to use what is the hard part I would say.

Sometimes i am not sure and your harsh reaction isnt appropriate.
There is no false advertising but if you are offended because some of us intervene manual. Ok.
