En China, el total de las ventas al por menor de bienes y servicios realizadas durante un mes determinado en comparación con el mismo mes del año anterior se mide por la Tasa de Variación Interanual de las ventas al por menor.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the CNY while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the CNY.

China's exports logged a robust growth in July as the sharp decline in shipments to the US was offset by the rise in exports to the EU and other markets, official data revealed Thursday.
