La balanza por cuenta corriente se calcula restando el volumen de las importaciones de bienes y servicios del de las exportaciones de bienes y servicios, y a través de la diferencia entre la renta neta de los factores (como intereses y dividendos) y los pagos netos de transferencias (como la ayuda internacional).
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the GEL while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the GEL.
