A writer and marketer, I moved to Colombia in 2013. I came to trading and finally found the economic activity that I wouldn't get bored of. It's an opportunity for lifelong learning and tremendous earning potential to boot. As I trade, I'm also studying everything and anything about the markets. I want to have an acumen of knowledge to be considered a global economist. Well, and a successful supertrader too.

Trading on demo accounts can teach you the mechanics of entering and managing trades, but imho you can't learn money management with a demo account. That requires handling real (and sometimes losing) real money.

I disagree about paying for training. The axiom, you get what you pay for holds true even in the world of forex. Meaning, if it’s free, it might be worthless. Sure there's free info on YouTube. There's also a lot of useless crap on YouTube. How is a beginner to know the difference? My mentor has ...
