I've used the service for about one year. I subscribe to their least expensive offering and have found it sufficient to run 2 MT4 EAs. In that time, I've only had one technical issue: the VPS was running but I was unable to access it. After submitting a support ticket, it took about 4 hours for their support team to correct. Overall I'm satisfied with the service and have no plans to look elsewhere.

just did a setup for demoing MD1.37 at different brokers.
Very satisfied.... I have 3 MT4 installs at different brokers. Questioned the support by chat and ticket (mail) They answered quickly and accurate!
Nice panel for backups etc...etc..

Excellent service. I had questions before signing up, and asked them. I got back a full page, detailed answer from one of the tech support folks.
After I signed up, I had no problems whatsoever. Highly recommended.
