Gold continues pulling back to the upside, but the 55 day EMA at the 1326 level may still act as resistance. Only a breakdown below the 1300 level could take the price of gold out of consolidation.

The consolidation on gold continues around the 1289 level and it has formed what it appears to be a bearish flag. Therefore, the price of gold may continue falling to the 1270 level.
