Initially I was using Challenger EA that trade only in EURUSD but somehow it nearly drain on last October of 2021 due to the FX market month end closing. I have took a hard decision to cut all trades to save the account margin. After that I have decided to use my own edited EA, the trading style I adjusted is imitated the best champion trader from ACY (Name not to be revealed here).
This EA trade on 27 pairs of currencies both major and minor crossed. EA based on HFT (High Frequency Trading) concept to control over fast turnaround of price movement. The advantage of HFT able to perform fast scalping on the fast moving prices but the downside of the HFT averaging strategy is orders continually open and lot size eventually becomes bigger and lose control over some time. That is how the margin being used up and SO is awaiting. To fix this, stopping the order opening is very important. And at which level order need to be placed is also part of key business to do. Sometimes manual intervention is needed to control the position and sizing. There are no perfect fully automated trading in FX market's. In conclusion, FX trading is all about margin and risk control. So as long the margin is well manage, good ROI shouldn't be far away.
