Forex Broker Spread Sheet

What does the forex broker volume spread sheet show?
Obviously it lists dozens of brokers. Apparently it lists the volume generated by each broker.
What I don't know is:
a) Are the volumes listed based on standard contract ($100,000) transactions?
b) Do the numbers listed represent the total volume for that broker, minute by minute?
Someone invested a lot of time and energy to create this spread sheet. No doubt they had some very specific
goals in mind when they did it. It is odd to me they left no detailed description of what we are looking at.
I can guess but I would rather know. Anyone know the answer to these questions?
