How to calculate Z-Score?

Hi guys and girls, i have an unusual question.If I may ask, how is the "Z-Score (Probability)" calculated by myfxbook, it is the frequency of a losing trade will be followed by a winning one and vice versa.I need a mathematical formula for it please,if some one has any i would be very thankful to share it with me :)

easy Zscore=(Price-Avg(price))/desvest(price) :)
