I was wondering if I can start a similar competition without having to partner up with myfxbook, I just want to have a competition between me and my friends with demo accounts

Why not? It should be fun I guess, however demo isn't so interesting since no psychology is involved, better to try micro accounts maybe

Interesting. I have never seen this before. Are you able to find out how you can do it?
