Looks like a system where the spread will kill you in Live... Demo works fine though.

it's only Demo we run for Testing purposes and use for statistics. All other accounts Live.

Tick scalper or broker arbitrage... call it what you will. To achieve 0s duration of trade times, you either have something not widely available to the majority of retail traders (either everyone else would be doing this), or you can only achieve these results on demos.

If i look to the live account it works fine, at the first look this expert will need two mt4 to work fine.
A faster and a slower one... a lot of this kind of experts are on the market, most of them using a master mt4 with a speedy update rate like... sensus or l-max or something similar.
Could work fine on a live account, if both accounts are fine tuned.

Anyone still trading this arbitrage system in real accounts?
