I know someone who spent a couple of weeks at an oil refinery there. Well he got back alive so it could be that the BBC was exaggerating. Who gives a rat's backside anyway. There are some good Nigerian musicians - Dr. Alban, Saffron and Sade to mention but a few.

Let it be known I don't like Zero, but he is brutally honest as far as trading goes. Never seen the man even think of fibbing a fx result. He'll declare it and then call you names for commenting about it. But it is always an honest result.

my favorite scientist type over at tara, arneil, i remember the last time that i was out there, i was doing some work o n their web server.

when they called me about this work, i was homeless in san francisco, i had to sell my food stamps to catch the train to their office in san carlos.

i worked all of 16 hours for them over a period of about two or three days and i slept on the sidewalk behind the office depot at night while i was working there.

i remember when arneil started to offer me work...

as we were wrapping up the web server issues, he looked at me and asked me if i was working...

no, i said, i am not.

and then he looks at me and asks me with a bit of a whine in his voice:::
