I wouldn't say you're bad guys but when you pause the monitoring and manually manage the account, did you inform some of using the EA. I got maximum loss on my account on 17th Dec as the EA complete a cycle. Manually managing it to depict the EA as not failing is a wrong presentation of the capability of the EA.

Please stop deceive people. If you had some problems with inControl and you are really our customer, you could contact our support department and we gladly help you. We are never trading manually on our account, all trading absolutely automated and the accounts of the clients have absolutely the same trading. We provide a moneyback guarantee in cases if the client has not the same trades as on our account - everything is transparent for our customers.

If your words were true, that we are trades manually sometimes and our clients have different results from our, we had much more bad comments here about that. But we have only one - yours.

Possibly you have exceeded the risks or something else was wrong - we don't know, you have not contacted us to tell us about the problem.

could you check why is this not updating any more please?
