kishorejog, I think it cannot be saved. No serious trader will take over this account to save it. To bring it back it means to make more than 900% on existing equity. As I stated, it could take life time and even then it would take a super trader to bring it back. I mean trading it in responsible manner.

I showed this discussion to my wife. She laughed :)
She is an accountant and has been very supportive with my trading studies and also has few rich clients who lost huge amounts from trading their own accounts. Now they use losses to reduce their taxes and she says they all lose.

Hi Kishorejoga and Chikot,
+ Kishorejoga, 4 weeks in a month, if 1 or 2 weeks have losses, I will try best to recover all past losses of these bad weeks. If 4 weeks have losses, then, account is over, right ? What I want to mean here that I don't allow clients' accounts to be like this case, or your account's cases. Such serious losses and huge drawdown will never happen, thanks to good Management. I can confirm with you that I am not new in forex. I started trading since July, 2007.
+ Chikot, yes, like you explain, if only 2 to 4% loss overall in a bad month is not called a bad month, but a loss of more than 10% CAN NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN, if we want to take care of our clients' accounts. Only bad traders can perform such high risks.
If any of you show interests, just email me, and I will give you my new client's account link on myfxbook. You can folow up with results for a month or two months, then, you can decide if everything is suitable to you or not.
About your account at FXDD, I heard some negative things about this broker from some of my clients. I think you can consider changing to some other brokers such as: Fxprimus, Gomarkets, Fxsalt, etc. ECN and STP brokers are more secure because they don't trade against clients, and so, they will not care how much clients will win.
+ No need to explain further, forward and live account's results will telll everything. I don't like to say much, just TIME WILL TELL.

Surround yourself with people whose eyes light up when they see you and who have no agenda for your reform.

Yikes, you don't have this on every Forex forum, I mean accounts blown in real time. What a mindjob!
I beg to differ - not sure about "serial". Serial account blowers always blame something or someone for their failure. It was the broker, it was the big boys, it was their misfortune.
Goliat said he made a mistake - and that's a good sign!
Better luck next time! If you allow a suggestion, test the system (and your nerves) for 3-4 months before you raise the stakes or accept investors ...

Yes, my wife's contribution is invaluable. Not every wife would tolerate husband not making as much as he used to due to this trading infatuation.
She is however aware of everything I am doing and wants me to continue.
I am far away from successful in this business yet but if and when i ever become successful it is only thanks to my dear wife.

Look goliat,
50% in 15 days is close to nothing. If you're able to make 5%/month for two years that's a different story. People who make hundreds or thousands % gain/month come and go all the time. The real goal in forex is stability, persistency and consistency. My personal goal is to generate 5-10% per month and keep the max. DD below the average monthly gain.
