Claim to be the "lowest ECN based account commissions" but what you are not told about is their spreads are not competitive and interest/swap rates are one of the worst 😄😄😄. Will be closing my account soon

Been with Vantage nearly 2 years now, as a consistently proftiable trader withdrawals have been easy. Customer support is amongst the best, live chat have always sorted my issues there and then within an hour. Not like another popular broker who takes 3 days to reply to emails, thank god for Vantage and the live chat system, not only that, live chat actually know what they are talking about and have the power to amend etc on my account when I need it. Execution of trades have been the best I have encountered, I have accounts at Pepperstone, FXCM, Alpari and a few others, and Vantage absolutely kicks ass when it comes to execution and negative or positive slippage. Long may Vantages service continue and I hope they don't change things to make it worse, thank you Vantage.

Any Canadians here using VantageFX? I'm trying to find a reliable broker (I know Interactive Brokers is good, but I've been on MT4 for too long, will work on learning TWS soon).
Any recent feedback from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

I'm really happy with Vantage, low spreads on RAW ECN, cheaper commissions than IC and less slippage from my experience ... best of all, they're still taking New Zealand clients when a lot of brokers have stopped! Never had any problems with withdrawals either!

I dont trust any broker that wont let me close (or open) by a phone call. I been with Global Trader here in South Africa for 5 years now. I dont even use their platform to trade off. I prefer the phone. I use MT4 for charts (with false email accounts and false phone numbers whenever I have to register a demo to get charts. What I always enjoy is getting the same desk operator that takes my call, listens, confirms and executes, and the text comes through on my phone immediately. They are more Stock exchange focused and offer very few FX pairs but there are enough. EURUSD, Cable, Loony, EURGBP, USDCHF USDJPY and one or two other pairs. I caught USDJPY at the start of abenomics and the position was never challenged or questioned. I remember sitting in the DRakensberg Sun Resort that December 2011 I think?? calling the number and placing the trade, then it was happy days for many days.

I have never had any issues with vantage and withdraw profits without any issues. Not sure what happened to your XAU chart. Did you call and ask them or use live chat

i have real account with vantage for a while, i have remove all my account, this happen within two weeks in row...
vantage does not move with the market... while the rest of the broker (FXCM, METATRADER) stay at $1292.. vtagefx went down about $10...
one week later, the price of Gold went down to $702.5.. i thought of War is going to take place... No again ONLY VTAgeFX...
i had wrote in, they did not refund my lost as i did long for gold, they reset the amount back to date. but i don't feel good to hang around in this broker any longer...
what if, i did not hedge my trade? or place my stop lost?

These guys are spam kings and i would not put a cent with them. They called me on my phone ... I didn't answer but saw their number missed call almost daily. I had not given them my number and had entirely nothing ever to do with them. So someone sold them my phone number. So I emailed them to tell them to stop calling me. And they replied that they wee sorry and I was taken off their phone list. Then, get this, they SPAMMED me on the email I used to complain about their unsolicited phone calls. They are warts! Don't go near them.

VantageFX UK is a FSA regulated broker and they cancelled ALL my profits SINCE ACCOUNT OPENING mid 2012!! I trade FOREX for some years and over all every broker tries to f*** you, but that was the worst broker behaviour regarding my profits i ever saw.

Charles and Brijesh, I also got ALL my profit withdrawn, and also some of my original deposit. Im extremely mad. They don't even tell us the Criteria of what makes up a "bad trade". So you cant scalp with this broker. Worst thing is - they take more money than you make, and eat into your initial deposit.
Insane. PLEASE Stay away from Vantage Guys. Sooo unhappy.

What happened to the reply you got from Vantage fx you post on here. Looks like someone deleted the comments. I too received the same email from Vantage fx regarding account suspension. please see the below email:-
We are writing to you to inform you of the action Vantage FX has today taken in respect of your account ******.
Following a request from our liquidity provider, Vantage FX have today suspended your account pending further investigation into suspicious trading and in particular usage of internet and connectivity delays in order to take advantage of arbitrage on the Trading Systems. The suspension is in accordance with Clause 20.5, of Vantage FX’s terms and conditions duly accepted by you prior to opening your account. Please click here to view full terms and conditions.
Until completion of the investigation, no further trades on your account will be allowed and no further withdrawals can be made. It is envisaged the investigation will be completed within 90 days. Once completed we will write to you further outlining the results of our investigation.
