Overseas account

I live in the United States and I was wondering if anyone know how to LEAGALLY open up a trading account in another country. I really want to trade the xau/usd and xag/usd. Also what kind of fees and taxes am I looking at if I could do it

It doesn't matter where the broker is, it matters where you are. You can't legally open an account in another country as you are in the United States and it is against the law of your residence.
