Every morning, right as the London market opens I start trading only the GBP/USD and EUR/USD pairs... Those major currencies share a high level of liquidity that will in most cases protect your trades from unfavorable market spreads and conditions. Stop loss is never more than 70 pips per position and I never trade more than 2 trades a day.
