Max Tay is a Personal Finance "Restructuring" Specialist who specializes in helping individual to rebuild one's Personal Finance Blueprint to be Financial Free! Max is enjoys educating individuals with Financial Intelligence through Cashflow Game.
Like his mentor Robert Kiyosaki, he strongly believes that an individual should start with a Plan to be Financially Free which should comprises of passive income from 3 asset classes - Paper (Preferred Stock, Unit Trust, Hedge Funds and Trading), Business (Internet Business and Personal Franchise) and Real Estate. And most importantly, the Plan should be simple.
Using this simple philosophy, during this Financial Crisis 2009, he has helped countless families to have Cost Savings on their insurance premiums. Total estimated Insurance Premiums saved have crossed more than SGD$4million! In addition to that, he has helped the families' investment portfolio to achieve more than 20% p.a. ROI.
