I already opened some positions but on fxbook it says you haven't traded yet. What's up with that?

Hello. Sadly, this question is being asked over and over again and answering it each time defies the characteristics and rules of an online forum/discussion. Please read the previous comments.
Now u understand how irritating and impatient most people can be.. Most People do not read instructions..

The credentials should be on your email and also visible on http://www.myfxbook.com/contests/forex-contest-gdmfx/38/rules. Please ake sure you are using the GDMFX MT4 (downloadable from the Trading section on www.gdmfx.com) with the GDMFX-Demo server. If it still fails to connect, please reply with the error message from the bottom-right corner of MT4.

Why is it that when i close a trade in profit it takes $2 off the account balance? there is no swap whatsoever and the spread has already been closed so what is happening??
