Gold consolidates after bouncing to the upside from the 1211 level. The 1236 level could continue acting as resistance, but the bullish pressure is accumulating in that zone, due to the fact that the lows of the daily candles are higher than the previous ones.

Until we see a meaningful correction in the capital markets it seems bound to go lower... perhaps recent bout of negative earnings news on high profile names might help relieve some downward pressure...
