I trade on thinkforex, today they have an issued / problem with internet connection.
my open position on GBPNZD, floating profit.
I have capture the picture of my account before their internet servers problem.

anyone could suggest me, what can I do for it?

Talk to support imediatelly.

They should either handle your positions or compensate the loss

That would be hard time for you while the trade is running.
I also have ThinkForex account, this problem has been all day.
Even on 4 hr chart, you can see some jumps up/down.
Their website is not accessible while the problem is having.

thanks, Today their manager call me and explain about the problem,
today the connection problem is still happen.
