Hello friends .

I have one doubt: If QE3 is being applied the USD will be DOWN or UP ?
in this case. USDCAD = Up trend till 0.99 ?

If not applied maybe the USD could go down upto 0.94..?

This is one of the fed's ways to stimulate the economy. It should be good for the USD so USDCAD should strengthen once QE3 is applied. Not sure though how strongly it would affect the USD - you will most likely see the effect in a few months time.
