Automatic account creation issue

Hi there, hope you are doing well.

I have just registered one demo and one real account and I have double verified them, and everything is working perfect, so far. Nevertheless, the system is creating a new account, for the same MT4 account I have already created, just like that, it automatically creates a new one and may be several times, despite deleting them manually, it is created again and again. Anyone have an idea of the reason why this is happening?
