Defination of a Good Trader?

A good trader is who can make consistent profit over the years. He can do whatever he wish as long as he is making regular profit and not blowing his accounts. He is a good trader according to me.

A good trader is very discipline. Discipline is the common quality among successful traders. Strategy may vary from trader to trader but discipline is common among them. Also a good trader can control his emotion and can make regular profit.

Anybody that the sum of his/her winning trades is greater than the losing is a Good Trader.
As a Professional, that is how we defines a good trader.

If you want to know a good trader, first you have to see how disciplined he can be. Every trade needs a plan. Trading results are not good without a plan. There are many strategies and it is very important to maintain them. A trader who cannot follow risk management and money management will never be a good trader. A trader who can manage all these things with patience is known as a good trader.

A good trader always trade according to his/her strategy and it is good to stick with it. It doesn't matter if you lose few of your trades that will be a experience one can learn from.

If you want to become a good trader than you should have good knowledge and skills and also have patience and decipline in his trade.

Winning and losing does not lie in trader's hands but the one who handles all the situations positively is considered as a good trader.

Good traders are very selective, have control over themselves and understand how sheep thinks and acts.

Good traders are those who can make decisions quickly and perfectly., who have enough knowledge about the market, can make a good strategy.

Becoming a good trader is not an easy task. If you want to be a good and profitable trader you have to be well educated and experienced.

A good trader is a trader that always stick to his or her plans, like taking lose when it is due, and always knows he or she cant win all the time, but always have the winning trades exceeding the losing trades i.e the sum of all winning positions, after subtracting the losing positions, u still have profits.

That’s right. I think mindset is most important. Trader often struggle to manage that.

I agree, risk calculation is must while trading forex

Decision making makes a trader good or bad. IF a trader takes decisions based on the facts instead of emotions, he will automatically be able to take correct decisions. Apart from this, following a simple and tested strategy adds up to a good trader.
