When I opened a new demo account ,and added 3 new traders. Their open trades got copied to my account instantly. I was negative 3% in a matter of 10 seconds.

That is not an issue but by design. AutoTrade is designed to copy trades at an equal (up to 3 pips slippage) or a better price and that includes open trades. In effect, you're getting a better entry than of the provider.

Guys , I got open trades copied with -3% (-$150 from $5000 in 10 seconds.

It means as if I opened the trades before I opened the account. Thats physically impossible.

If trades just opened on my account , I will see them -3 pips (spread/commission..etc,) not - 3% (-$150)

lets say John bought EUR/USD at 1.7 on 1st of May

Now I opened the account 5th May and followed John , the price of EUR/USD is 1.5

I see in my new account a trade of Buy E/U at 1.7 and I am now down 200 pips!

So my account is opened with a trade at historical price.

How can this be normal ? Or physically possible?

That is not possible 😄

Trades are copied with current prices - you should check the open price of each trade and not the total floating pips of your open trades.
