How to know if I can trust a Forex trade manager?

I'm pretty new to this world.

I'm working with a person managing trades on MT4 for my brokerage account. It's only been. It's going fine. Risk management seems to be the priority and the guy i'm in contact with is extremely knowledgeable.

Three of the strategies are verified here on myfxbook and although they don't have a long history they are performing well.
There has been no promises f crazy returns or anything like that. It's just steady trading.

I'm thinking of letting them manage a much larger account.

What kind of things do you recommend I should require to trust this trading manager?

I'd really appreciate any advice.

Oh until you try, you won't know. Do you have any doubts about not trusting them? Think about what could change your mind.

Thanks for the response.

I don’t have any doubts about their expertise.
They cannot scam me I don’t think because I’’m using a brokerage of my own choosing.

I guess it would be better if they were regulated but I like their myfxbook trading history even though it is quite short.

I’m giving them a try to see how it goes.
