Can someone please twll me how I reset my history to start from a specific day is it something I need to do in mt4 or can I use thsi site to start logging from a specific date?

thanks sorry I should of read all the helpfiles, just keen to get started and having a few problems finding my way around the site. Have trouble finding the icon to bring up my watch items too but I will persevere
