In light of the fact that My Fx Book and Meta Trader does not measure the open trade draw down properly, your DD actually reached 31% between Mar 13-18/2019, where you had 11 open trades that hit -1630 pips.
On top of that its a Martingale strategy which is not allowed on this thread. We cant see the lot size but you were obviously selling in an up trend.
