I am not using bonus funds but I am using the services of this broker and I can give you an advise (hope it will help):
At first, attach your account to MyFXbook (I mean, create a system in your profile and attach your trading account to it)
Then start to trade and create a good trading statement.
And what about 'How to trade and earn money' - it is like a usual market: Buy with the low price and Sell with the High price)
