One of the keys in doing that would be cutting your losses as soon as possible. If you can't take high probability trades, then don't even bother taking them. I believe in 2012 while trading in exness I was able to turn 1.69 to 2100 usd in 1 trading week. Of course I was leveraged to the tee on every position, but after about 30 days I was able to turn the account over the aforementioned time. Just focus on accuracy, and you have a better chance of turning 100 to 1k before you margin call the account.
Focus on pip-drawdown

Cmon, take the trading seriously and on long term, 10 or 20% eraning per month is great, with the same risk.

Indeed it is time to make money, but 100% per month means more then 100% risk , so try to be steady and constant, not making 100% once and then loosing 150% next month using the same strategy.
I think 15-20% is suitable and the risk does not go more then 25%.

It is proven beyont any doubt, it can be done.
IMO the pont is how many people can achieve it in percentage terms, and then how many can repeat the sucess.
