Trading frequency as well as when to trade has to be defined in trading plan
If you do not have such trading plan, do not trade as then you are gambling.

Waiting to trade is difficult at times. I agree with most of you wholeheartedly. Only trade with supreme confidence...when you can see your exit well ahead of your entrance to any position. Sometimes in a fast changing market you need to adjust your strategy as well. So, no need to stick around in an investment when your strategy is broken. Cut your losses and move on.

Whenever I see someone offering a "guarantee" of returns or no loss, that is a HUGE, and I mean a HUGE red flag.

If it sounds too good to be true - it usually is.
Am I missing something? Why would you sell a working profitable strategy/tool or whatever if you can use it yourself instead?
Also, when someone tells you he'll sell you a profitable tool/strategy/signals - ask them if you can use it on your current broker.
When the answer is "You have to use this broker, with this account" - you can be sure it's a scam.
If a strategy/signal is profitable it should be so on every broker.
Accept the loss as experience

Ask your friend to show you his boss’s results and get them analysed by some professional. Then if, you he/you find the results genuine, invest.

It sounds like his boss has only been investing for 6 months. That's not a long enough track record to offer a guarantee. It sounds like a case of overconfidence.

It is possible.Truly, there are no bounds to how much can be earned in forex. A sturdy strategy is essential to be boundless. W. H. Henry bought the Red Sox Team. All his wealth was made from trading.

It's only possible with good money management and a srategy where he strictly follow the rules. Good traders are hard to find, but once you have found one make sure to double check and triple check his trading results. They must have low DD and a good trading result. All the best!

I would love to see a verified account with 15% a month and proper money management. I have seen accounts make 100% a month but they use huge lot sizes and have no concern for risk.

It is definitely possible. ask him to show you the long term trade result.
