Looking for Developer: Custom News Straddle & Pending Order EA for MT5

I am looking for an experienced MQL5 developer to create a custom Expert Advisor (EA) for MT5 based on a Straddle Strategy (Pending Orders for High-Impact News Events).
Key Requirements & Features Needed:
Straddle Order Placement: Automatically place Buy Stop and Sell Stop pending orders X pips away from the current market price before a specified time/news event.Timer / Expiry: Ability to set custom execution time and automatic expiration time for pending orders if not triggered.Risk Management:
