MT4 indicator for MT5

I have two useful indicators of the MT4 that I’d like to use in the MT5. I tryied convert it, I open it in the MetaEditor of the MT5 and after I save it how MT5 file. But, didn’t work. If someone can help me, I thanks!

PS: They are inverters of pair of currency, ie, they transform EUR/USD in USD/EUR.
