Before selling the EA for $699 you should let it run on real live account. At least on a $100 real account, but I guess, you would not risk even $100 with your own EA... It tells everything...
Anyway, it is understandable as 3-seconds 'Tick Scalpers' may work only on DEMO accounts... and even if they worked on real account, most brokers would not pay the profits (read the small print in the contracts).
