The worst day I've had in 3 years

Here comes the day when I recorded the first big minus on the account since its existence. Looking at the chart, I realise that I could not have done it, but nothing can be done.I was buying bitcoin and had to close my purchases at 78k, almost at the very bottom. I say this openly because it happens sometimes. This is my first negative month ever, so now I'm going to focus on rebuilding my trading capital.

The most important thing is to get a stop loss in time so you don't lose your deposit. Then with a normal head you can recover and continue to work profitably, which is what I will start doing.
