The MetaTrader 4 Platform build 1065 will be released on 23 March, 2017. In the new version, an error has been fixed connected with the restart of Expert Advisors on charts after switching timeframes. Now, Expert Advisors do not stop, and are correctly re-initialized. The new MetaTrader 4 version will be available through the LiveUpdate system.
Please download new MT4 or add update, later loading history EURUSD TF H1 and run again EA VRA-V2 and IndiVRA-V2

If the issue is providing the investor password, you can provide it, get the account verified and then change the password so the account cannot be accessed anymore which means no risk of copying.
If you're not willing to do that then it shows something very shady is going on.
