Is the default version of shotgun or is a modified version?

I have been an Forex Flex user for well over a year now and, unlike other posters on the Forex FBI site, I have not matched anywhere near the results others have claimed. Comments or questions I attempt to post are always 'awaiting moderation'. Fortunately I have lost only a relatively small amount of money but a loss is a loss nevertheless. My impression is that Forex FBI is merely a shill for the EA.

This is what Steve told me a few days ago:
'Yes the shotgun is all default settings except I think it uses a MaxADR of 125'

No its not all default cus i saw at least 7 charts were open at Thé same TİME. However default allows max 3-4 charts

Interesting to see using the shotgun settings given the site says best to avoid it. I have been using hybrid, default v2 or default all with default settings.

Here is the .set file for this. It's being traded with a beta version 3.40, but it should trade very similar if not the same as it would on 3.37.

3.26 may trade differently.

What version are you using? You have a 1000 pip SL, I don't see that SL in v3.26 or higher where it uses a 200 pip SL.

The shotgun of latest version (3,37) seems to have a bug.. Although the price went opposite direction about 50 pips, flex didnt open additional basket trades.. This happens sometimes .. So i will install the stable version (3,26) and test..

it was 3,37 but i manually changed SL because i cant disable SL.

I am having a problem with versions both 3,26 and 3,37:

Lets say we set 'simultaneous trading per currency' all to 2. And say Flex opened USDCAD and then AUDUSD.. And say again USDCAD opened additional 4 basket trades. Now its turn for AUDUSD to open additional basket trades.. But it doesnt happen...

Anyone else having this issue?

Not an issue, its pairs you limit, not trades.

Use MaxBuyTrades and MaxSellTrades to adjust max trades.

Started a small account myself to try the shotgun strategy, running at 1/2 the risk taken here with doubble floating TP on 9 pairs. 1.6% in 14 hours at 1.52% drawdown. The entries are not too bad. Will see if it goes bust in a month.

This one is a mixed strategy of v3,26 and v3,37. It switches to other one, say for example when the 5th basket is opened and TP changes to one point. And Add the equitytrail to this...

I dont know maybe more added.. But i liked it. Looking forward to testing new version.

Still doing well for me, paused all EUR and GBP pairs due to brexit and suspended trading around the event, but it still made 5.82% at just 1.52% drawdown. It has been lucky, experience an odd bug with AUDUSD where it didn't open another trade unless I restarted the chart. Doesn't seem to affect any of the other charts (so far).
