I bet you still trade 61.8% retracements, you are all quite clearly struggling traders, you have nothing to offer, if you are so clever why don't you share with us your amazing strategies and trading plans.

You can't can you because you haven't got any, you're all clearly just frustrated, and looking for the easy way, and now you are annoyed because ICT won't give it to you.

Persevere chappies, but with that attitude you wont get there, SwingTrader barely understands the basics of money management.

So come on then, show us what clever trading tricks you have that makes you so confident you can rubbish decades old methods, the methods aren't just about ICT, it's the tools that the best traders use, they are prevalent on the internet if only you knew how to look for them, but since you don't know the first thing, you can't tell can you.

So there you go, you have nothing to offer, and absolutely no trading tools whatsoever expect to put a finger in the air and call the shots.

It's like your post has some anti-religion undertones. I would never take a bet in favor that virgin birth or raising the dead was possible, but I still have faith in Jesus, our lord and savior. No one here is questioning forex techniques, but you cannot deny that Inner Circle Trader certainly didn't follow any of the most basic of them.

As a matter of fact, yes, I do trade 61.8 retracements, they work rather magnificently, as do the 50 and 79 retracements. One day you'll realise that trading isn't an ego contest. You either make money or you don't. I laugh at your comment about us all being struggling traders. I've been there, done that. The difference is that I don't walk around proclaiming it for all to hear and doing ridiculous $5k to $1M challenges under the public eye.

The only struggling trader in this discussion appears to be your hero. So calm down and move along.

Nothing wrong with 61.8 on smaller TFs but OTE does get you in a better position on the longer ones

Any number can be used as a reference. 61.8 is just a reference.
Gann actually used 12.5, 25, 32.5, 50, 62.5, 75, 87.5, 100 long before Fib was mentioned in the markets which was after Elliott Waves.

I got hammered yesterday in Cable but recouped the loss and managed to squeeze out a small gain in addition. I am still in modest drawdown and will aim for BE by month's end.

Why are you risking substantially more than what you said you would?
Why did you hide your profile when things went badly?
Why did you give up on your 30% goal by month end?

Come on sir, I am sure you must realize that the damage is done.

I wonder what his idol Lori would think of all this recent weird behaviour flouncing off a forum twice in a huff, deleting all his content causing anxiety & confusion amongst his followers, making strange excuses for blowing money on a live account, regularly losing his composure in public, switching off & then switching on his publicly viewable record to coincide with profit/loss trades.

Are these the type of behavioural characteristics Lori is happy to support when introducing this bloke to his audience at his next over priced seminar?
Or is this typical of the marketers MO & the only thing they're really interested in is cultivating an audience in order to fleece them of their hard earned.

Makes you wonder doesn't it.

Yep, at least you admit being incapable. All talk no action.
My goal as stated is 20-40% per year. Much higher than most money managers or any bank.
I have tried a million strategies that worked well on paper but not on a real market.

Well if people go around saying that they have a big swinging dick, sooner or later someone will say 'Show it'.
The only result is the number.

And it goes without saying that if there were big profits we would be crawling all over the system to find out why.
But it was obviously overtrading for a 2k account to not expect this type of DD or 15-20% and big fluctuations in NAV trading 15-20K units per trade.
