I can't understand what you discuss here. MDP is an EA. It was written for some market conditions. I have been using EA's about 5-6 years. To date i never seen an EA that always gain. For example look at FGB: It had too many problems in August but then look it's situation now... some times a paid thousands for an EA. But i have not seen an EA that always win...

Oh woe to all ye who try to use MDP other than me! MDP will do nothing but wipe out your bank accounts (mine not included)! You should probably give up hope now while you still can afford to! MDP will only lose money (unless you're me)! Run Away! Run Away! Those who remain shall suffer the dreaded Beast of Caer Bannog!!

Here is something I noticed this evening, when starting trading in a NEW account.
The commission estimated by MDP was wrong, and it was not the first time I noticed it (you see it displayed on the chart; check if it matches what you know about your broker). If the estimated value is too high, that can lead to MDP not placing trades at all (if the spread + estimated commission would be above 2.0 pips; in my case the estimated commission was 1.3 pips, leaving almost no room for spread).
The workaround is simple: place a trade for each of the pairs you want to trade with MDP; once you close the trades, MDP will adjust the commission to the value it finds in account's history. Note1: if your broker uses balance updates to post commissions, you'll probably get 0 for the detected commission; make sure you are ok with that (MDP will trade even when spreads are higher than intended). Note2: it looks like if you have an active order MDP will not use the one I just closed to compute the commission; only after closing the second order (on the same pair) the commission was properly calculated.
Happy trading!

It happends.
The competition is high and brokers change/usually lower theri comissions so it has to be updated at some point in time.
