Hi Guys!
I'm happy to report that the strategy used on this account will be going live within roughly a month. The system page for the live account will be linked from this one so stay tuned!
outline of the system:
This system has been taught to me by my trading coach, and I continue to receive coaching and mentoring from him weekly. Most of the trades are direct trading recommendations from him. In the future, after more training, I will be doing all of my own analysis and making my own trading decisions.
The system is based on Macro Economics and basic chart patterns such as double tops, rounding bottoms and trend lines. No complicated patterns like Butterflies or Candlestick patterns etc.
Risk is kept low at 0.25% of nominal account balance per trade. This 0.25% risk is broken into 2 trades, at 0.1% and 0.15% risk.
Volatility is used to determine trade size, stop loss and target levels.
I will initially be trading with AUD$50,000 institutional funds from my coach, as well as roughly AUD$50,000 of private investment capital which I have managed to secure. As my training progresses, I will receive more funds from my coach to trade with.
