I emailed the vendor a few days ago. They said they will notify everyone when the new version is ready. Since the server is offline, I figure they are getting ready to set up the new EA, or they are outta here.

Maybe update to new MT4 version 4.0 build 604. I just update my platform in my other account, MetaEditor look different now. And those old EA need to be compile, in order to work in new platform.

The avangate payment processor has denied the refund and still sPhantom did not responded at all. seems its very fraud company and cheaters association looting people.
