Hmmm....Lets see: First trade opened long at 7:10 am EST. At 10:00am, new home sales figures were announced for USD. Figures came in much better than expected. So the slippery slope began. At 12:10 AM, the second long was opened about a third of the way into a nice, long bear candle. At this time, both trades deep in the red, but will probably pull out since home sales figures typically don't have a long term impact. However.....tomorrow at 8:30am EST is the unemployment figures. Will be very interesting to see what happens if these 2 trades don't close by then.

If you set 30% risk,
It should be stop loss exit now.

Talk about bad timing if only the last account had lasted a week they could then have started ultimate after all this mess. Any ideas on what the next incarnation might be called (or will they persevere with the same account)

I have purchased 2 copies of EAs totaling ~600 USD form them. The first EA was purchased on Dec 30 2013 and the second one on Mar 3, 2014. The EAs used to work fine with me. However, recently both the EAs are showing 'Wrong account number!' error in my MT4. I cross checked everything to find that the account number on the control panel of their website is correct. I have send them more than one request to fix this problem (dated Jan 05 2015 and Jan 09 2015). Other than the auto answer from the server I did not received even a single reply from their end yet. The EA did work for one week (the last week of January). And again now it is back to the 'Wrong account number!' error. Hello sPhantom - What is going on?

This EA is broker already since 2014. the main account had a margin call. so EA wont trade anymore.
if u would want a stable EA i could show u one. it has 1 year and 5 months stable profit. u could try it out.
it has full set of money management safety features (including developer replies about the current situation of the market and how u trade with it with the EA. "just ask them for suggestion") and the developer always updates it.
They reply to any email within 24 hours or less.
Im not advertising for it. but i've been honestly currently using it.
Sorry for ur loss this sphantom wont reply anymore u might not get ur refund from them.
Just report it as fraud on ur credit card or debit card bank.

From the comments made here and elsewhere the vendors seem to have become incredibly unresponsive maybe they are trading quietly before a big relaunch /rebranding. Showup your issue may relate to an install probelm. Since MT4 updated the default file locations have changed. This means you cannot use the standard install programme. You need to install the programme and then copy the relevant files across to the correct locations.

Hi GMac1, I do not think that it is related to the installation issue. For me, the EA did not work for the first three weeks of January. However, the last week of January it did work. If it is an installation issue, it would have not worked in last week of January. The problem is it is not working this week again. All it shows is ''Wrong account number'. This clearly indicate that trouble is from their side. The worst part is they did not reply to my emails. Poor customer service.

Hi GMac1, I do not think that it is related to the installation issue. For me, the EA did not work for the first three weeks of January. However, the last week of January it did work. Start with what's changed are you on a Virtual Server or your own computer. What do the log files say, has the firewall been changed upgraded, have you run a windows update, are you running multiple EA's on the same account? If all of this stuff makes sense then it does sound like an sPhantom issue. Good luck
