Forward testing the THV EA is not an easy task, like most EAs.
Starting from now (24Feb2010, 22h30) I have attached the same EA to the same E/U M5 charts each with its own EA settings. I will let both run simultaneousy for few days expecting to see they both take the same tradings. They are running within the same instance of metatrader and on the same computer. The same settings file has been used with only one difference: the trades' comment will be THV1 and THV2. The magic number should also be different, but I don't know fore sure how this works really as I can't change the magic numbers myself.
Aim:
- From 25Feb2010 until 05Mar2010 to obtain similar trades from both EAs trading the same currency pair and timeframe simultaneously.

I was a bit worried to see that only one trade at the time was executed. Thinking that I did not understand how the EA works, I had another look into the settings file and I decided to setting different magic numbers to each EA. It seems there is a limit of 1 trade per magic number, because when both EAs run with different magics they are behaving as I expected. Now both EAs are trading synchronously... well, there seems to be a slight difference sometimes of about 1 pip of the open/close prices.
Lets see what they are doing these coming days...
