I built FXRobustix to find out if an MT4/MT5 EA is robust or just overfitted.
FXRobustix is a Windows testing tool for MT4 and MT5 Expert Advisors. It uses the MetaTrader Strategy Tester, but instead of trusting one selected backtest, it automatically tests the same EA across many different rolling or random time windows.
It helps you see:
How often the EA finishes profitable
How drawdown changes between periods
Whether profit factor stays stable
Median and worst-case performance
How the EA behaves with different starting dates
Whether good results repeat or came from one lucky period
