Autoupdate has never worked smoothly so during the struggle to switch to another updating method we re-uploaded the account (maybe doing it wrong but we don't care as our aim is trading our funds, not yours).

I can have accounts everywhere and people that receive my trades / advisory / management do.That told, the broker you see in this account is perfect to me (and not just only to me) under every aspects. And when I trade I place hundreds of lots.

@ InsiderBCNYou did and since - as you just stated - we refunded you, you are making a drama for nothing: we are sorry you missed 3 trades but you got refunded. Other clients are still happily receiving our signals and they are exactely in the same % roi as they expected to be and as we All are.

@ InsiderBCN We had a few clients missing 3 tradesMost of the clients missed 1 trade.If you missed 3, we are talking about 3 trades only, opened at the same exactminute of the same exact day.As I explained above and as we explained to the clients impacted, there was a problem with the copier technology (along with a server freezing) and we could do nothing to fix it on the run. We needed to analyze the situation after it and this is the reason why of the break.That told, you decided to leave 4 trading days before the end of your month, missing profits and - futhermore - missing our free extens...

@ InsiderBCNMe and my team are making averagely 38 k euros every month just by our trading on our own funds.And this is under your eyes,under everyone's eyes. Unless you want to state that myfxbook is not reliable (which is an additional factor for you to go away).So, we just don't need to bother ourselves with signals and management fees.If we did, it was because of the continous requests. Copying trades fast to more than 1 hundred accounts is not easy peasy.
