Are you outside the US? If outside, I don't see why you can't. If you are in the US then this is not allowed.

I did not login to the account but viewing the trades, it does martingale. This may not be an issue since it is a scalper meaning the losses are minimal so there is not a serious risk (this is what I see at the moment).

A word of warning for anyone considering purchasing any trading system (manual or EA), you must see third party confirmations and if the vendor does not have the proof, you walk. Backtesting can easily be manipulated (and it is). The manipulation occurs by testing the algorithm first then finding where the bad trades were, then they take the data feed (that the Strategy Tester uses) and they delete those days where the bad trading occurred. Now you have a beautiful equity curve but a bad EA. Never ceases to amaze me how deceitful people have become.

Looks like the guy is in the US, contact the CFTC which covers enforcement of Forex & commodities. These people are very good about bringing people to justice. Believe me, these people are serious. If the vendor made statements that are not backed by fact then you should have a good case. Do you have all the logic of this system? I can see it opens counter orders at the top/bottom of the price channel, but what does it do after that? How does it manage the trade if price continues against the original order? I can have it coded if the logic makes sense. У вас есть вся логика этой системы?
