I have been with them for approximately 3 months, service excellent (for most issues) but been using MT4 and keeps on crashing???? Not sure why and all they can say is to down load it again, I have now done this 3 times and still the same issues. If it is a data speed issue or something like that all they need to do is tell me. If anyone can throw some light on this it would be greatly appreciated. Spreads etc all seem good......maybe I should be using Dealbook 360???

I have only been with them for 3 months and have only got good things to say....I usually trade during london session and more at the longer time frames so slippage etc is not a real issue to me. I prefer thier platform to the other 3 I have tried (including MT4) and have found thier knowledge and training very helpful!
